GA Maintenance Service Group began in 2002 with just one employee, Glenda Allen. Within in four years the company grew from one employee to 56 employees, marking the company for several accomplishment awards including 2006 Small Business Leader of the Year, 2005- 2006- and 2007 Mosaic Award in the Jacksonville Business Journal, the Jacksonville Women's Business Centers Athena Power Link recognition, and the honor of being awarded contracts for the National Football League Custodial Consultant and Janitorial Services for both Super Bowl NFL Experience and Tailgate Party every year since 2005.

GA Maintenance is a Women's Minority owned and operated company under Federal Guidelines, and is considered a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Enterprise. The company is also certified as a participant in the DBE and W/MBE Program. Establishing 15 years of success and extraordinary company growth. The company is currently members of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Professional Women's Council and Northwest Council, First Coast African American Chamber of Commerce, Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, (SBA) Small Business Administration, and (BSCAI) Building Service Contractor Association International.
